Q. What form of payment do you accept?
Q. Is there any Sales Tax?
A. There is no sales sax for US residents. Only orders with a Canadian billing address will be charged applicable sales taxes.
Q. How many videos available to watch?
A. There are a total of 262 videos available which is about 35hr and 55min. About 250 of videos are available in the video section, the remaining 12 videos are attached to the questions and can only be seen in the question review.
Q. Do you offer discounts for institutions?
A. Yes, we offer a group discount to medical schools. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss possible partnerships and group rates.
Q. Is the information that I provide secure?
A. We do not collect any credit card information and all payments are made through PayPal. Any personal information that a subscriber provides is highly secure and will not be sold.
Q. What is the Refund Policy?
A. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a free, no- obligation trial. However, due to the nature of online digital content, all sales are final.
Q. Can I choose when my subscription starts?
A. Your subscription starts once you register for a plan.
Q. How can I renew my subscription?
A. Users can extend their subscription by selecting extension plans in the home page.
Q. Can I temporarily suspend my active subscription?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to temporarily suspend accounts.
Q. Can I use my subscription from multiple devices and locations?
A. Yes, you may access your subscription from multiple locations and devices, but not at the same time. Per the Terms and Conditions, sharing accounts is not allowed, simultaneous logins are not allowed, and any flagrant abuse of the Terms & Conditions will result in the cancelation of your account without a refund.
Q. How does the Free Trial works?
A. The Free Trial pulls 15 questions at random from the USMLE ACE Q-Bank. The only difference between the free trial and full subscription is the number of questions. The free trial is intended for you to get an idea of all the features available to a full subscriber.
Q. How can I change my account profile and password?
A. From within your “Account Profile” section, there is a section to change your password and other account details.
Q. I want to reset or delete my Question bank history and start over, is this possible?
A. Unfortunately this is not possible.
Q. How frequently is the course material updated?
A. We routinely review and update all of our content based on the latest changes in medicine and the USMLE exam itself. Furthermore, there is a comment section at the end of each question that allows students to discuss contents of that specific question.
Q. I disagree with one of correct answers, to whom can I talk to change the answer?
A. We thoroughly review every question and answer, but we may have missed something or made a mistake. Hence, we appreciate your sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the question ID and your concern.
Q. Can I save my subscription content (licensed materials ) to my hard disk or print the material?
A. No. saving, copying, screen capture, etc. of USMLE ACE licensed materials is strictly prohibited. All USMLE ACE Inc. contents have a copyright. Attempts to use system commands or third party utilities to capture/save/copy our content is considered copyright infringement and breach of the Terms and Conditions. We monitor all user activity diligently and repeated attempts to circumvent our protections may lead to account suspension, termination without refund, and/or legal action. All that being said, we provide a print option for the explanation section of each question for personal use of every subscriber.
Q. Will the incorrect answer choices be discussed?
A. Yes. Depending on the question, we may discuss all the answer choices in the explanation section. Alternatively, we may provide detailed explanations as to why the correct answer is the only one that should have been chosen.
Q. Do you only provide the correct answer to a question or do you also provide an explanation with it?
A. You will be provided with the correct answer and a detailed, concise explanation for every question. Most explanations are followed by supplementary questions to help you best learn the related topics. Some questions may contain Memory Aids that will help you with your memorization.
Q. What are “Memory Aids”?
A. Some of our high-yield questions are integrated with Memory Aids to assist you with your memorization. The Memory Aid is a learning technique we use to aid in information retention and recall by using images or mnemonics. Q. Problem watching videos?
A. Please use USMLE ACE Inc. recommended operating systems and web browsers: Mac and Windows operating systems with Internet Explorer 11.0 | Firefox | Safari, with Adobe Flash 10, a minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, and a broadband Internet connection. USMLE ACE Inc. do not support other operating systems, and browsers such as Linux and Opera at this time. If you still cannot watch any of the videos, it can be due to your antivirus, firewall, or running add-on, such as “Privacy Badger” which detects and block tracking cookies that cause this problem.
